Global Trade Network Connects Nairobi Exhibitions with International Buyers, Government Agencies, Investors, and Industry Leaders

NAIROBI, KENYA / DUBAI, UAE – 31 July 2026 – Africa Food Show Kenya 2026 and the co-located Hotel Expo Kenya 2026 have officially announced the International Trade Council (ITC) as their Honorary Supporting Partner for the 2026 editions, taking place from 19–21 August 2026 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi, Kenya.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in expanding the global reach and impact of the exhibitions by connecting exhibitors, investors, buyers, and industry stakeholders with the International Trade Council’s extensive international network of more than 28,000 companies, government agencies, trade associations, export promotion organisations, investment bodies, and business leaders worldwide.

Supported by the Ministry of Agriculture & Livestock Development – Republic of Kenya, Africa Food Show Kenya and Hotel Expo Kenya 2026 will welcome participants from more than 30 countries, featuring international exhibitors and national pavilions, from South Africa, showcasing a wide spectrum of food and beverage products, agricultural innovations, hospitality solutions, food processing technologies, packaging solutions, and related industries.

The co-located exhibitions will serve as a premier platform bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, importers, exporters, hospitality professionals, government representatives, investors, and trade experts from Africa and across the globe. The events will facilitate meaningful business connections, investment opportunities, knowledge exchange, and cross-border trade partnerships that support Africa’s growing food, hospitality, and tourism sectors.

“Kenya is not a market you can serve from a catalogue. Buyers want to meet suppliers, experience products, and build trusted relationships. The International Trade Council brings valuable global reach by connecting our exhibitions with trade organisations, government agencies, and business communities that create stronger opportunities for every exhibitor and participant at KICC.”

Creating Greater Opportunities for Global Business

The partnership between MIE Events and the International Trade Council (ITC) creates new opportunities for companies seeking to expand into Africa’s dynamic food, beverage, hospitality, and tourism markets.

Through ITC’s global network, exhibitors and participants will gain access to international buyers, business delegations, government agencies, trade organisations, and investment partners, while benefiting from enhanced B2B matchmaking, strategic networking opportunities, and valuable market insights.

Together, this collaboration strengthens international trade, encourages investment, and supports long-term business partnerships, enabling companies to discover new opportunities and establish stronger connections across Africa and global markets.

“Africa’s food and hospitality sectors represent significant opportunities for international trade and investment. Our members are looking for meaningful connections, trusted partners, and access to growing markets. Africa Food Show Kenya and The Hotel Expo Kenya provide a platform where businesses from around the world can meet, collaborate, and explore opportunities across East Africa.”
