Toronto, Canada – [xxx] – ExhibitIQ Media Inc., the Canadian organizer of Autoteknik and TLB Expo Canada, has announced a strategic partnership with MIE Group, an international exhibition organizer with a successful portfolio of business events across multiple sectors, including the globally recognized Electric Mobility Show (EVS).

The partnership will see the EVS make its Canadian debut alongside Autoteknik Canada and TLB Expo Canada, taking place from 9 – 11 June 2027 at The International Centre, Toronto. The collaboration reflects the growing importance of bringing together the automotive aftermarket and the future mobility ecosystem on one integrated business platform.

MIE Group has established the EVS as a recognized international B2B platform for the electric vehicle and sustainable mobility industry across markets including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Morocco. Through this strategic partnership, MIE Group and ExhibitIQ Media Inc. will leverage their global networks, industry expertise and market knowledge to support the growth of Canada’s electric mobility ecosystem by connecting manufacturers, technology providers, investors, policymakers and industry professionals, while encouraging international trade, investment and knowledge exchange.

By collocating EVS Canada with Autoteknik Canada, the organisers will create a unique platform that bridges conventional automotive aftermarket businesses with the next generation of electric mobility technologies. The event will showcase electric vehicles, battery technologies, charging infrastructure, software solutions, connected mobility, fleet electrification, energy storage and emerging clean transportation innovations from around the world.

David Wang, Chairman of MIE Group, said:

“Our partnership with ExhibitIQ Media Inc. marks an exciting milestone in the international expansion of the Electric Mobility Show (EVS) and reflects Canada’s growing importance in the global transition towards sustainable transportation.

By combining MIE Group’s international exhibition expertise and global network with ExhibitIQ Media Inc.’s knowledge of the Canadian automotive industry, we aim to create a world-class platform connecting manufacturers, technology providers, investors, policymakers and industry professionals.

Jasmeet Bakshi, Co-Founder & Director of ExhibitIQ Media Inc., said:

“The Canadian electric vehicle and charging infrastructure market is projected to exceed CA$16 billion by 2029, with an estimated four million electric vehicles expected to be on Canadian roads. This transformation is creating significant demand for charging solutions, workshop equipment, diagnostics, thermal management systems, replacement parts, batteries, software and technician training.

From day one, our vision for Autoteknik Canada has been to create more than just another trade show. We are building Canada’s meeting place for the automotive industry. The addition of EVS Canada reflects the natural evolution of our industry and reinforces our commitment to providing a platform that drives innovation, fosters collaboration and creates new business opportunities across the entire automotive ecosystem.”

Syed Ali Akbar, Co-Founder & Director of ExhibitIQ Media Inc., added:

Introducing the internationally recognized EVS Canada adds an exciting new dimension to the event, creating greater value for exhibitors and visitors alike while providing another compelling reason for the industry to come to Toronto in June 2027.

This partnership significantly reinforces our ambition to establish the event as one of North America’s leading business platforms for the automotive aftermarket, electric mobility and future transportation industries”.

The strategic partnership will deliver significant benefits to exhibitors, visitors and industry stakeholders, including:

  • Access to international manufacturers, distributors and technology providers from Asia, the Middle East, Europe and beyond.
  • Increased opportunities for Canadian businesses to establish international partnerships and expand export opportunities.
  • High-level conferences featuring global industry leaders, policymakers and technical experts.
  • Greater collaboration between traditional automotive aftermarket businesses and the rapidly expanding electric mobility sector.

Autoteknik Canada, TLB Expo Canada and the Electric Mobility Show (EVS) are expected to welcome more than 250 exhibitors and 5,000 professional visitors from Canada and around the world, reinforcing Toronto’s position as a leading destination for automotive aftermarket innovation, electric mobility and sustainable transportation.
