The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has released the Draft Environmental Impact Study (DEIS) for the Pearl River Basin Mississippi Federal Flood Risk Management Project. This marks the initiation of a 45-day public review period ending on July 22, 2024.

The DEIS and its associated documents are available online for public access. During this review period, the USACE will conduct public meetings to gather input and comments on the DEIS. A virtual meeting is tentatively scheduled for the week of June 24, 2024, with specific details to be provided on the project page.
