Max Fashion, a lifestyle brand under Landmark Group, has successfully restored its supply chain operations in Bangladesh after a brief disruption. According to Pallavi Pandey, Head of Marketing, the company faced sourcing and delivery delays in August, but these issues have been resolved over the past week. Pandey noted, “There was a slowdown in sourcing and deliveries, but the situation has stabilized.”
Looking ahead, Max Fashion plans to expand its supply chain network into other regions, including Vietnam and India. Pandey highlighted the company’s strong presence in Tirupur, India, as a key component of their sourcing strategy. To appeal to Generation Z, Max Fashion’s Max Urban brand has partnered with Bollywood star Alaya F. Launched in April, Max Urban aims to engage younger consumers who are influenced by global fashion trends.
Pandey also indicated that Max Fashion will continue to focus on offering affordable fashion and does not plan to enter the premium market segment. Regarding technology, Pandey mentioned that the company is integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty programs to better understand customer preferences and purchasing behavior.
