A new technology hub is set to open in Kuala Lumpur in November 2026, strengthening Malaysia’s role as a regional center for digital supply chain innovation in Asia Pacific.
The hub will bring together technology specialists, regional expertise, and local talent to develop solutions focused on AI powered forecasting, data analytics, automation, and Internet of Things enabled fleet management.
These technologies are expected to support more responsive logistics operations by improving demand forecasting, shipment planning, data visibility, and fleet management across regional supply networks.
The initiative will also include a talent development program covering artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, cloud based supply chain systems, logistics operations, and leadership development. The program is designed to provide Malaysian professionals with opportunities to contribute to regional and global technology projects.
The Kuala Lumpur hub will operate as part of a globally connected technology network using a follow the sun model, allowing teams across different time zones to collaborate continuously on digital projects and supply chain solutions.
