Malaysia is strengthening its logistics infrastructure with the opening of a new 11,514-square-metre warehouse in Johor, supporting growing demand for efficient and reliable supply chain services across Southeast Asia.
Located within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, the facility will provide additional warehousing and inbound logistics capacity while improving connections between Malaysia, Singapore and key regional trade corridors.
The development is part of a broader expansion of logistics infrastructure across Southeast Asia, with additional facilities planned in Kuala Lumpur, the Philippines and Thailand. The growing warehouse network is expected to support major industries including technology, automotive, fashion and industrial manufacturing.
With stronger warehousing capacity and improved regional connectivity, the investment can help businesses reduce logistics bottlenecks, improve inventory flows and build more resilient supply chains across Southeast Asia.
