Ravindra’s organization, ADITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, operates at the crossroads of the IT and agricultural sectors. With a remarkable track record spanning over fifteen years, the company specializes in the distribution of IT and agro products, including import and export operations. This unique blend reflects Ravindra’s visionary approach, seeking to create a win-win situation for all stakeholders in the global marketplace.

Born in the remote region of Chandrapur in Maharashtra, India, Ravindra’s early life was marked by limited access to opportunities. Undeterred by these challenges, he embarked on his journey by working as a salesman at a consumer retail shop to fund his education, showcasing his determination and grit from an early age.

Ravindra’s initiation into the world of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) began while working at the retail shop. His passion for emerging technologies and a grand vision for success led him to diversify into the telecom and IT hardware sectors in 2004. This strategic move aligned with India’s burgeoning IT sector, and Ravindra seized the opportunity to make his mark.

Starting with minimal investment and without external funding, Ravindra navigated through a series of disappointments and challenges. He forged ties with leading global IT players and ventured into IT hardware exports, pioneering a company dedicated solely to IT exports. His relentless pursuit of excellence, coupled with cost-competitive offerings and unwavering commitments to on-time delivery, positioned his company, ADITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, as a leading name in South Asia for global IT product distribution.

Ravindra’s educational background and skills, combined with his extraordinary entrepreneurial journey, have shaped his career. His notable accomplishments include being awarded India’s Best Small Medium Enterprises (SME) by Bank of India in 2012, Top Exporter of the Year 2016 by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations, and Best CEO of the Year 2019 at the Go Global Awards in Chicago.

Reflecting on the evolution of the industry, Ravindra highlights innovation, radicalism, progressiveness, creativity, and intermediation as defining trends. However, the industry faces challenges such as supply chain bottlenecks, delays, disruptions, security issues, and scams, particularly exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. In the next 5-10 years, Ravindra envisions a bright future with innovative ideas and advanced technologies shaping the landscape of international trade and IT.

Beyond his professional life, Ravindra is deeply involved with leading NGOs and charitable organizations, passionately supporting causes that uplift children and women. His commitment to imparting knowledge and guiding other businesses to scale up and reach global marketplaces underscores his philanthropic spirit and dedication to the greater good.

As a visionary leader, Ravindra draws inspiration from industry giants like Dell, IBM, and Apple, exemplifying his aspiration for innovation and global impact.
