With this expansion, INSYS icom aims to address the needs of industries that require reliable, high-speed data connectivity for mission-critical applications. By leveraging CITIC Telecom CPC’s TrueCONNECT™ Premium, a fully redundant Ethernet-based private network, INSYS icom will enable seamless global communication for its IIoT devices, ensuring both performance and reliability. The service supports connectivity between INSYS icom’s European headquarters and devices located throughout Asia, including China.

The IIoT solutions provided by INSYS icom enable industrial systems to transmit data across secure networks, contributing to efficiency and safety improvements in sectors like manufacturing, energy, and water supply. The recent partnership with CITIC Telecom CPC will facilitate INSYS icom’s compliance with local data sovereignty laws, thanks to the storage flexibility provided by CITIC Telecom CPC’s SmartCLOUD™ platform. This cloud platform ensures the localization of data storage in line with country-specific regulatory frameworks, including China’s MLPS 2.0 standards and the GDPR in Europe.

In discussing the decision to partner with CITIC Telecom CPC, INSYS icom’s Product Manager of Managed Services, David Sukowatey, emphasized the value of CITIC Telecom CPC’s extensive technical expertise and regulatory guidance in navigating the complex landscape of cross-border IIoT deployments.

In addition to geographic expansion, this partnership marks INSYS icom’s launch of new customer support resources, including 24/7 emergency hotline services for IIoT system assistance. This high availability support network is made possible by CITIC Telecom CPC’s resilient infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service for clients in diverse regions.

The collaboration also provides INSYS icom with access to CITIC Telecom CPC’s broad regional ecosystem, enhancing customer access to INSYS icom’s intelligent connectivity solutions. Jacky Kwok, Chief Commercial Officer at CITIC Telecom CPC, expressed the company’s commitment to supporting INSYS icom’s success through a full suite of technology and resources.

Both companies share a dedication to driving innovation and delivering quality solutions that enable businesses to harness the potential of IIoT in practical, impactful ways.
