Julie Dell’Aniello, President of Martin Brower Canada, will be recognized by the Goodman School of Business for her significant contributions to the supply chain industry. The Brock and Niagara communities are invited to attend a fireside chat with Dell’Aniello, where she will discuss her leadership journey, on Monday, Feb. 10, at 2 p.m.

Each year, the Goodman School of Business honors a distinguished Canadian business leader, providing students and the community with the opportunity to engage directly with the recipient. This year, Dell’Aniello, who leads a team of over 1,100 associates across seven distribution centers at Martin Brower Canada, is being celebrated for her leadership and impact in the supply chain sector.

“Goodman is very proud to welcome Julie as our 2025 Distinguished Leader,” said Barry Wright, Dean of the Goodman School of Business. “Her experience in leading change and building resilient, high-performing teams will offer valuable insights for our students and the broader community.”

In addition to her fireside chat, Dell’Aniello will meet with student leaders and address a first-year MBA Operations Management class.

The event is open to all who wish to attend, with registration available on ExperienceBU or by emailing goodman@brocku.ca.

“I am grateful for this recognition and excited about the opportunity to connect with students and share my experiences,” said Dell’Aniello. “I look forward to supporting individuals in their career growth and engaging with the Brock community.”

Dell’Aniello’s career began after completing an engineering degree at McGill University. She went on to work at Joseph E. Seagram and Sons in New York City before returning to Toronto, where she held various roles in manufacturing and supply chain management with companies such as Cascades and Canada Bread (Bimbo Canada). She later earned an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.

After joining Martin Brower Canada in 2018, Dell’Aniello moved through progressive leadership roles, ultimately becoming President in 2021. She also serves on the board of directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario and is the Canadian Chair of the McDonald’s Supplier Advisory Council.

Past recipients of the Distinguished Leader award include Michèle Boudria, President and CEO of McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, and the late Ned Goodman of Dundee Corporation, among others.
