ABiT Corporation, a prominent developer and provider of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and solutions, has announced a partnership with UnaBiz, a service provider and integrator specializing in Massive IoT, to bolster their technological capabilities in the smart cities and logistics sectors across Japan and globally.
The collaboration aims to facilitate the development of Sigfox-compatible versions of ABiT’s IoT devices and solutions, tailored to address the specific challenges encountered in smart cities and logistics industries. UnaBiz’s research and development team will provide technical expertise and necessary documentation to ensure the smooth integration and adaptation of these devices.
The new line of Sigfox-ready solutions is scheduled for launch in Q4 2024, with targeted markets encompassing Japan and other international regions. Existing customers of both ABiT and UnaBiz will receive priority access to these solutions based on their technical requirements. UnaBiz will also promote ABiT’s high-quality IoT solutions manufactured in Japan to its network of 0G Operators spanning over 70 countries worldwide, facilitating the adoption of market-leading Sigfox-enabled and multi-mode products and solutions.
Additionally, the partnership entails ongoing discussions to explore the development of Sigfox versions for customized products and projects, underscoring the long-term commitment of both parties to this collaboration.
