Demand for higher-quality warehouses is strengthening as manufacturers, retailers and logistics operators upgrade distribution networks, adopt automation and improve supply chain resilience. 15 of 18 markets recorded stable or higher rents year-on-year, reflecting healthy underlying demand.
Manufacturing expansion and supply chain diversification are supporting logistics activity across the region, while growing investment in AI, data centres and advanced technology infrastructure is creating additional demand for specialised logistics facilities.
The trend points to a stronger and more technology-enabled logistics environment, with modern warehouses helping businesses increase efficiency, improve flexibility and support long-term supply chain growth.
