Accra, Ghana | 8 July 2026 — The International Trade Council (ITC) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Evaluation Development (CEED) during a signing ceremony held at The Palms Convention Center, Accra, Ghana, as part of the Ghana Investment & Trade Week 2026.
The MoU was signed by George Glory Opeku, Chairperson of the International Trade Council – Centre for Africa, and Gifty Volimkarime Kuug, Founder and Advisory Board Director of CEED.
The agreement establishes a non-binding framework for cooperation aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), promoting international trade, facilitating investment opportunities, and delivering capacity-building initiatives that contribute to sustainable economic development.
The two organizations intend to collaborate in areas including business networking, entrepreneurship development, research and knowledge exchange, trade promotion, investment facilitation, and other mutually beneficial initiatives designed to improve market access for businesses.
Commenting on the partnership, George Glory Opeku said:
