Business International Group USA (BIG), a minority and women-owned enterprise with over three decades of expertise in wholesale and retail, is connecting international brands with North American consumers. Based in New York, BIG collaborates with distributors to bring food, beverages, healthcare, and beauty products to major supermarket chains and independent retailers in both mainstream and ethnic markets.

The company also specializes in private labeling services for products such as Basmati and Jasmine rice, desiccated coconut, coconut oil, and coconut flour. Notable clients include Kroger, among other leading retailers.

BIG actively sources exclusive products from global markets, including Thailand, China, Japan, Pakistan, India, the UK, Italy, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. This strategy enables the company to offer competitive pricing, distinguishing it from other ethnic distributors in North America.

BIG provides a range of services designed to streamline the distribution and marketing of international brands. These include key account management by trained professionals, digital marketing through platforms like social media and Amazon, and technology integration with tools such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to facilitate seamless retailer communication. The company also employs direct store delivery, saving costs by handling deliveries and shelf stocking, and relies on partnered distribution hubs to ensure timely stock replenishment and product quality.

BIG has demonstrated its dedication to community support through significant donations, including $500,000 worth of hand sanitizers to retailers in California, Texas, and New York. The company also contributed over $100,000 in food products and clothing to Island Harvest Food Bank, part of Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger-relief organization.

The company prioritizes product quality by offering USDA-certified, FDA-approved items that are non-GMO, gluten-free, and preservative-free.
