in Technology

Indonesia’s logistics sector is increasingly turning to AI and big-data technologies to strengthen supply-chain resilience and improve its ability to respond to disruptions. Research involving nearly 300 logistics professionals found that stronger digital capabilities can help companies identify risks earlier and adapt operations more quickly.

AI and data-driven tools can improve forecasting, decision-making, route optimization, and disruption detection, allowing logistics providers to respond more effectively to changing market and operating conditions.
