The UK government has announced a new investment strategy aimed at strengthening the country’s aerospace supply chain, supporting innovation, advanced manufacturing and long-term economic growth.
The plan includes £600 million in funding for the aerospace sector, with more than £500 million allocated to research and technology projects focused on next-generation and greener aviation solutions. An additional £100 million Aerospace Supply Chain Fund will help suppliers expand production capacity, improve competitiveness and meet growing industry demand.
