London, United Kingdom / Singapore – 28 August 2025 – The International Trade Council (ITC) and the UK Asia Trade & Investment Council (UKATIC) today announced the signing of a landmark Strategic Partnership Agreement aimed at deepening cooperation in global trade, investment, and business connectivity between the United Kingdom, Asia, and international markets.
The agreement, signed by Ranjani Rangan, Chairperson of the International Trade Council, and Dr. Mohammad Hotak, Chairperson of the UK Asia Trade & Investment Council, establishes a comprehensive framework for collaboration.
Under the partnership, both organizations will:
- Facilitate bilateral trade and investment opportunities between the UK, Asia, and global markets.
- Share expertise, resources, and market intelligence to support businesses in navigating international trade landscapes.
- Co-host joint events, trade missions, webinars, and conferences to connect members and stakeholders.
- Advocate for pro-business and pro-fair trade policies.
- Extend exclusive member benefits, including cross-promotional opportunities, discounted memberships, and access to cutting-edge trade data platforms such as ADAMftd and ITC’s global tariff tools.
