Since Youssef started in the industry in 2007, he has witnessed significant changes and evolution. The real estate sector has experienced notable transformations, particularly between 2010 and 2011. Currently, one of the biggest challenges facing the industry is navigating project deadlines and obtaining necessary signatures. Looking ahead, Youssef envisions the industry moving towards strong partnerships and embracing digital transformation to keep pace with changing market trends.
