SINGAPORE and INDIANAPOLIS, UNITED STATES — The International Trade Council (ITC), a global non-profit business organization headquartered in Singapore, has announced the appointment of Toby Reeves as the new Chapter Leader for the United States. In this role, Mr. Reeves will lead the Council’s efforts to support American enterprises looking to expand their international reach, working to bridge the gap between global trade policy and practical, regional execution.
Mr. Reeves brings more than two decades of international business experience to the role, combined with a strong background in artificial intelligence strategy and commercial operations. As the Managing Partner of Olympia Point Ventures, LLC, and an active participant in the ITC ecosystem, his expertise lies in helping companies reduce operational friction, improve strategic decision-making, and scale their capabilities to compete more effectively on a global level.
The appointment comes at a critical time as businesses navigate shifting supply chains, regulatory changes, and rapid technological advancements. Under Mr. Reeves’ leadership, the United States chapter will focus on developing structured pathways for local businesses to engage in international commerce, utilizing modern digital tools and AI strategies to drive efficiency and build trust across borders.
