The recognition was awarded for Hyundai’s philanthropic and youth development initiatives, specifically the Career Experience Program, which is organized in collaboration with the company’s employee resource group (ERG), Amigos Unidos. The program aims to increase awareness of diverse career opportunities within the automotive industry.
The Hyundai Career Experience Program provides middle school, first-year, and second-year college students with an opportunity to engage with Hyundai employees across various departments and participate in workshops designed to highlight different career paths.
