Ghana Investment & Trade Week (GITW) 2026, the premier international investment and business platform in West Africa, will take place from 7–9 July 2026 at The Palms Convention Center, Accra, Ghana.

Co-located with Africa Build Show and Megawatt Africa, the event creates a powerful multi-sector platform that connects investors, government stakeholders, developers, and solution providers across key industries.

Megawatt Africa is a leading energy and power exhibition focused on electricity generation, renewable energy, transmission, distribution, and energy technologies. The show plays a critical role in advancing power infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions across the continent a vital pillar for industrial growth and investment readiness.

Africa Build Show is a dynamic construction and infrastructure exhibition spotlighting building materials, construction technologies, architecture, urban development, and large-scale infrastructure projects. It serves as a strategic meeting point for contractors, developers, architects, and suppliers driving Africa’s rapid urbanization and industrial expansion.

The co-location of these two high-impact exhibitions strengthens GITW by connecting investment opportunities directly with key sectors such as energy, construction, and infrastructure all essential to Ghana’s and West Africa’s economic growth.

Building on the strong momentum of GITW 2025, the 2026 edition will further position Ghana as a gateway for strategic investment, cross-border trade, and industrial collaboration across the region.

Elevating the West African Investment Landscape
Last year’s GITW 2025 marked a significant milestone in Ghana’s international economic engagement, attracting 2,500+ delegates, 200+ structured B2B meetings, and top executives, ministers and industry leaders from leading global markets including the GCC, Asia, Africa and Middle East.

The event delivered compelling business insights and project partnerships, spotlighting investment opportunities across infrastructure, manufacturing, digital transformation, energy, construction and supply chain integration. The structured roundtables, industry sessions and MoU signings resulted in measurable outcomes that are already shaping regional investment dialogue and strategic cooperation.

GITW 2026 will build on this foundation, expanding private sector linkages, enhancing public-private dialogue, and accelerating investment into high-impact sectors aligned with Ghana’s national development priorities.

Strategic Programming and High-Impact Networking
Over three days, GITW 2026 will assemble an influential roster of:

  • Government leaders and policymakers
  • CEOs and corporate executives
  • International investors and institutional partners
  • Project sponsors and industry experts
  • Multilateral and bilateral development agencies

The programme will feature:

  • Industry-focused forums and sector deep-dives
  • CEO roundtables and leadership panels
  • Financing and blended finance strategy sessions
  • Structured B2B match-making meetings
  • Projects showcase and investment pitches

This curated agenda is designed to catalyse sustainable partnerships and drive capital flows into priority sectors across Ghana, West Africa and beyond.

Measurable Media and Digital Reach
Leveraging media partnerships and integrated digital campaigns, GITW 2025 achieved strong global visibility. These high-impact engagements significantly amplified Ghana’s investment narrative on the international stage, generating valuable exposure for the country’s economic initiatives.

Building on this success, GITW 2026 will further strengthen this momentum through expanded media outreach and sustained digital engagement.
