ALS, with nearly 30 years of experience in producing self-adhesive label solutions, is recognized for its commitment to high-quality, cost-effective products. Under the terms of the merger, ALS will operate under the Inotec brand, although there will be minimal changes in day-to-day operations. Customers will continue to experience the same level of service and contact, while ALS employees will join the larger Inotec team, benefiting from new opportunities and resources.
The integration process will focus on increasing staff and resource investments, aimed at meeting customer demand and expanding product offerings, including consumable blank labels. Recruitment is already underway for new production and sales staff. Additionally, new premises will be sought to accommodate both companies under one roof, ensuring continued growth and capacity expansion in the coming years.
