Here is a snapshot of the latest regulatory steps taken by various nations and international bodies:

Australia: The government is actively seeking input from Australia’s primary science advisory body to shape regulations governing AI. Consultations are ongoing to determine the appropriate next steps.

Britain: The Financial Conduct Authority, among several regulators tasked with formulating AI guidelines, is collaborating with institutions like the Alan Turing Institute to enhance its understanding of AI.
