Jayud Global Logistics Limited, a company based in Shenzhen that provides complete supply chain solutions for international shipping, has announced that Hu Mengmeng will be their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting March 1, 2025. She takes over from Lin Bao, who resigned for personal reasons.
At 46 years old, Hu brings more than 20 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. She has held important financial positions at well-known companies like Maersk, CSAV Shipping, and CMA CGM. Her skills include managing finances, controlling costs, and overseeing cross-border operations.
Before joining Jayud, Hu was the Financial Director at Shihua Youshi Education Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2024, where she worked on long-term financial plans. She has also worked as an Audit Manager at CMA CGM in Shenzhen, a Finance Manager at CSAV Shipping, and a Cost Manager at Maersk. Hu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on International Finance from Shenyang University of Technology and is fluent in Chinese, Cantonese, and English.
Xiaogang Geng, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Jayud, thanked Lin Bao for her contributions and welcomed Hu to the team, emphasizing her impressive background in financial management in the logistics field.
Hu shared her excitement about joining Jayud and expressed her goal to use her experience to promote sustainable growth, improve financial strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and add value for shareholders and customers.
Lin Bao will stay on for a short period to help ensure a smooth transition of duties.
