SINGAPORE / NEW YORK, USA — The International Trade Council (ITC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bart Collins, President of CITRA Incorporated, as the new Chapter Leader for New York, USA. With over 16 years of specialized experience in international trade and global distribution, Collins is well-positioned to represent the ITC’s mission within the region, fostering collaborative networks and driving international growth for local businesses.

Throughout his distinguished career, Collins has successfully navigated complex trade corridors, facilitating product distribution and market entry across the Caribbean, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His firm, CITRA Incorporated, specializes in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) scale internationally, a background that aligns with the ITC’s dedication to easing cross-border trade and enhancing market transparency.

In his new role, Collins will lead the New York chapter’s initiatives to connect regional businesses with global counterparts. Leveraging his background in professional coaching and international business development, he plans to establish platforms where local business owners can share experiences, mitigate operational challenges, and implement structured growth strategies to succeed in foreign markets.
