Dubai Police has enhanced its patrol fleet with the addition of three all-new Geely Tugella vehicles, provided by AGMC, the official distributor of Geely in the UAE. These vehicles have been specially modified and sport the Dubai Police’s distinctive green and white livery, joining an impressive lineup of vehicles used for law enforcement throughout the emirate.
The Geely Tugella is noted for its fastback coupe design, which contributes to superior aerodynamics. This design is characterized by a 14-degree golden ratio unbroken roofline that extends from the top of the windshield to the tail of the car, enhancing both the vehicle’s aesthetics and performance.
Equipped with a cockpit designed for optimal visibility and ease of control, the Tugella is built on Geely’s Compact Modular Architecture (CMA), known for its reliability and driver comfort. The vehicle features a range of advanced technology, safety, and performance characteristics ideal for high-demand tasks such as patrolling by the Dubai Police.

The Tugella is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder direct-injection engine, producing 238hp and 350nm of torque. It is equipped with an Aisin 8-speed automatic transmission and BorgWarner’s fifth-generation 4WD system, which ensures superior handling by distributing power evenly between the axles. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds, promising a responsive and dynamic performance.
Safety features of the Tugella include a 540° camera, Hill Start and Descent Control, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Crossing Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, and Speed Limit Identification Function (SLIF). Additional amenities such as keyless start, Electric Parking Brake, and adaptive cruise control enhance the driving experience. The interior boasts the Interstellar Aurora Cockpit with a jet plane throttle-inspired gear shifter and dual 12-inch screens that display Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions, ensuring safety and convenience for officers on duty.
