Moc Chau district in Son La province, Vietnam, is working to grow its organic farming sector in order to reach international markets. The area has great weather and soil, making it an attractive spot for cooperatives like Ta Vung and Dung Tien. They are collaborating to grow organic vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and they are sending these products to places like Taiwan. With over 3,000 hectares of land set aside for organic vegetables, Moc Chau aims to create more jobs and economic opportunities while encouraging healthy and environmentally friendly farming practices.
