NAMASTE BHARAT 2024
Singapore is set to experience the vibrancy and diversity of Indian culture with the upcoming Namaste Bharat event, which will take place from 4th to 6th October at Suntec Singapore – Hall 401 & 402. Formerly known as the Singapore International Indian Expo, this initiative is organized by De Ideaz Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company that has been active in cultural promotion and event management since 2005.
Namaste Bharat offers a rich sensory journey through India’s diverse cultural landscape, combining contemporary arts, ancient traditions, and cutting-edge innovations. The event will bring together various stakeholders to present a comprehensive showcase of India’s living culture, including performances, workshops, and exhibitions across multiple disciplines. Attendees can expect a mix of classical and folk arts, yoga, Bollywood dance workshops, and a wide variety of Indian fashion, luxury products, and culinary experiences.
In addition to being a celebration of Indian arts and crafts, Namaste Bharat will highlight innovative products such as handcrafted goods, organic materials, and couture. It aims to provide visitors with a holistic and immersive experience, merging the past and present through various forms of expression, from photography and craft displays to gastronomy.
The event is supported by the International Trade Council (ITC) and the International Centre for Trade Transparency & Monitoring (ICTTM). Their involvement is expected to further elevate the profile of the event and enhance international collaboration opportunities.
