- Promoting Greater Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Disney initiated the “Reimagine Tomorrow” program, leveraging its resources to advance opportunities for diverse communities and amplify underrepresented voices in media and entertainment.
- New content inclusion standards were implemented, along with a talent acquisition initiative at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
- Over $150 million of Disney’s annual charitable giving was directed toward programs benefiting underrepresented communities.
- The company aims to allocate more than 50% of its annual charitable giving to support underrepresented communities and spend at least $1 billion with diverse suppliers by 2024.
- Protecting the Planet for Future Generations:
